About Paula Pollock Photography

Paula’s own experience as a successful photographic model inspired her to harness her own creative talents behind the camera. Even whilst her children were still growing up, every spare minute was spent learning more and more about her other life’s passion – photography.

 

Paula studied at Mid Cheshire College and finally graduated with distinctions. She was welcomed into the British Institute of Professional Photography, who is the qualifying body for professional photographers. She is a diligent and hard working photographer whose attention to detail is remarkable. This attention to detail as well as the ‘big picture’ has made her into the award winning photographer she is now known as.

 

Paula is a member of the National Union of Journalist (NUJ) and a holder of a current UK press card. She has written for many leading society magazines as well as having numerous photographic features published nationwide as well as in Europe. With a burning desire to produce the best work she possibly can, Paula continually invests in updating her Cheshire based photography studio, which opened in 2004, with the best facilities any photographer or subject could possibly wish for in order to produce her amazing photographs.

 

Behind the scenes Paula has also continually invested in the latest retouching and post production resources available, to bring out the hidden perfection she achieves. The extra special touches after the photographer’s lights have gone out are the magic that create truly fantastic images.

Her husband and children, now grown up, fully support their talented and clever mum and are rightfully proud of the acclaim from the public and other photographers that has come her way.
